FreeMax Mesh Pro and M Pro 2 Tank Review

FreeMax Mesh Pro and M Pro 2 Tank Review

The Freemax Mesh Pro is a powerful vape atomizer tank that comes with Single, Dual, Triple, Quad, and even Quintuple mesh coils for a quality sub-ohm vaping experience. It is manufactured by the leading brand FreeMax to be the best tank for sub-ohm vaping, and you can tell it is quite stylish in its first look.

If you are interested in sub-ohm vape tanks then you are in the right place to learn a comparison of two of the best multi coil option sub tanks for excellent vapes. Here I am going to review the FreeMax Mesh Pro and share some differences between the second-gen M Pro 2.

FreeMax Mesh Pro Review

FreeMax Mesh Pro
FreeMax Mesh Pro

FreeMax Mesh Pro is a very demanding tank for the high sub-ohm mechanism. It’s got a few outstanding facts that make it a good choice for vape lovers. Although it has rare compatibility with the existing Fireluke Mesh coil heads, you can get exclusive multi-option coils for extreme flavours.

The Mesh Pro sub-ohm tank is from FreeMax great line of vape tanks with a massive 6ml of e-juice capacity. But what makes it an interesting tank is the compatibility of single, double, triple, quad, and pentagram mesh coils. It’s amazing to see how this tank holds such a flavourful vaping experience.

It is a fun experience to have such a wonderful multi-coil tank that is gorgeous without any exceeding bulges. Since it has a multi mesh coil support, the size is a little biggie with 25 mm in diameter to rest the different capacities of the glass sections.

It includes a huge 6ml capacity tank and a bubble glass 5ml tank section and is directly refilled through the top cap. You can use dropper bottle nozzles, feed the tank, and it’s really simple. During usage, I’ve experienced the airflow slots being adjustable but not as expected quality.

There is a minor leakage between the puffs and nothing is intriguing. Here you have more features of the Mesh Pro for sub-ohm vaping. The compatibility of more than two mesh coils has the following results for the popping flavour with this tank.

Airflow adjustment is being the key to getting an amazing and unique tasting experience. You can either have a full 6ml tank of juice or a slightly lower 5ml tank to get the juice dosage for your vaping desire.

  • The Single Mesh Kanthal Coil has 0.15Ohm resistance which is rated from 40W to 70W.
  • The Stainless Steel Single SS316L Mesh Coil have 0.12Ohm resistance.
  • The double mesh Kanthal coil has 0.2ohm resistance which is rated from 60W to 90W.
  • The triple mesh Kanthal coil have 0.15ohm resistance which is rated from 80W to 110W.

Comparison with FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 (The Latest Edition)

Comparison with FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 (The Latest Edition)
Comparison with FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 (The Latest Edition)

The FreeMax Mesh Pro 2 is a follow-up to the well-received sub-ohm Mesh Pro tank. It has now progressed to a more subtle look with improvements over the original Mesh Pro with loads of good specifications.

You can have an interesting Double, Triple, Quad, and Quintuple mesh coil technology with the support of higher wattage output of 110 wattages for superb clouds. Its design improvements include three steel balls for string factions and performance stability.

I have found M Pro 2 Tank Metal Edition is an excellent tank for convenience with a child-resistant top filling mechanism that is simple to lift and slide. It features refreshing flavours for massive clouds and 95% tea fibre, 5% cotton blend boasts a super long coil life.

The size of the tank is similar to the legendry Mesh Pro; 25 × 59.8 mm for the 2ML capacity glass section and 30 × 59.8 mm bubble glass for extended capacity. If you are looking for a TPD the 2ml included tank is a good choice, else you have to use 5ml extension glass to meet your requirements.

I know it even looks stunning from the original FreeMax Mesh Pro tank. But an interesting feature is awaiting with FM-COILTECH 4.0 technology that can now support up to four mesh coils at tank bay to achieve supreme flavours.

FreeMax COILTECH 4.0 Technology

FreeMax COILTECH 4.0 Technology
FreeMax COILTECH 4.0 Technology

FreeMax’s patented FM Coil tech 4.0 is the latest and greatest in coil innovations. The improvement of the previous Coil Tech 3.0 is to enhance bold flavours using stainless steel coil and tea fibre cotton formula to keep flavours clean and smooth.

The promising, stable vaping experience is compatible with four new coils that range in power from 40W to a maximum of 110W. Normally, the best settings for me are between 70W and 90W. It provided me with excellent flavours while avoiding dry hits and coil burnout.

Remember to keep an eye on the wattage level and gradually increase it to avoid damaging the coil head. Higher wattage at the start will burn your coils and result in dry hits. For long-term vaping, you must find your wattage sweet spot.

Four New Coils from FM-COILTECH 4.0 Technology

  • The M1 Mesh Coil have 0.15Ohm resistance rated for 40W to 70W.
  • The M2 Mesh Coil have 0.2Ohm resistance rated for 60W to 90W.
  • The M3 Mesh Coil have 0.15Ohm resistance rated from 80W to 110W.
  • The M4 Mesh Coil has a 0.15Ohm resistance rated for 70W to 110W.

Pros and Cons of FreeMax Mesh Pro 2

Pros

  • Leakproof design with Deep Flavours.
  • Support a series of New Coils for Robust Tastes.
  • Compatibility with the original FreeMax Mesh Pro coils.
  • Better Resin Edition with three steel balls in the top cap to increase friction.
  • Metal Edition has Child Resistant Top Fill Design (No Leaks)
  • Adjustments in Airflow make vaping more enjoyable.
  • FM COILTECH4.0 for Single, Dual, Triple, Quad and Quintuples Coils.

Cons

  • Need more Wattage and a Larger Tank for E-Juice.
  • Not Ideal for a Small Single battery Box Mod.

Conclusion

The FreeMax Mesh Pro and M Pro 2 Tank are both awesome atomizers that you should think about getting if you consider yourself a flavour chaser. They offer great vapour production, great flavour, and for the price offered, it’s really difficult to beat.

I highly recommend checking it out. Resin and multiple coil heads are available in both stainless steels, which is all pleasing to look at. If you want something that has the best airflow of any sub-ohm tank on the market today, then you need to get yourself a Mesh Pro Tank.
